Yes.
We do NOT offer shipping. Shipping/pickup must be scheduled, facilitated, and paid for by the purchaser. We offer ten (10) days of complementary storage to allow the purchaser time to arrange shipping/pickup.

One-Of-A-Kind Pieces and Floor Upholstery - Pickup and transit time is determined by the purchaser’s carrier.
Custom Upholstery (Lee Industries & Verellen) - Lead time is determined by the manufacturer considering frame, fabric availability, COM arrival, and additional customizations.
Brendan Bass Custom Furniture (Vision & Design) - Lead time is determined by the maker considering materials and design.
We can make minor alterations to some one-of-a-kind pieces at an additional charge. Some one-of-a-kind pieces may also serve as inspiration for a custom Vision & Design project although materials and pricing will differ.
Each of our furnishings is truly one-of-a-kind. Natural materials like wood, stone, and metal carry unique characteristics such as knots, fissures, grain, veining, and texture variation, subtle color shifts, changes in patina, and finish irregularities. Upholstery materials such as fabric and leather may originate from different dye lots; some fabrics have inherent slubs, weave variations, or directional differences, while leather is a living material that will age, develop patina, and may scratch, stretch, or tighten over time. For one-of-a-kind pieces, finishes cannot be altered—these details are permanent and part of the piece’s inherent beauty. For custom orders, finishes cannot be replicated with absolute precision, ensuring your piece remains uniquely yours.
