Product Variations & Material Disclaimer
All furnishings offered by Brendan M. Bass Inc. are handcrafted and/or one-of-a-kind. As a result, natural variations are not only expected but celebrated as part of the uniqueness of each piece. Materials such as wood, stone, and metal inherently exhibit characteristics including, but not limited to: knots, fissures, grain pattern differences, veining, color shifts, patina development, and finish irregularities. These are natural and unavoidable traits of organic and handcrafted materials, and shall not be deemed as defects or grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
Finishes on one-of-a-kind pieces are final and cannot be altered. For custom orders, finishes and design details are executed to the best of our ability but cannot be exactly duplicated due to the unique nature of hand-applied techniques and material behavior.
Upholstery materials, including fabric and leather, may originate from different dye lots and may include natural slubs, weave or texture variations, directional shading, or color inconsistencies. Leather, being a natural and living material, will evolve over time, potentially developing patina, surface marks, stretching, loosening, or tightening, all of which are considered normal characteristics—not defects.
By placing an order, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to these inherent variations and characteristics as intrinsic to the nature of the materials and artisanal craftsmanship involved. Brendan M. Bass Inc. disclaims all liability for claims arising from such variations.
Due to the inherent limitations of digital displays, we cannot guarantee that the colors depicted on your screen accurately represent the actual color of the product. Variations in color and appearance may occur as a result of screen resolution, device settings, ambient lighting, and individual display technology.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that minor color variations may occur and do not constitute a defect or a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange. Brendan M. Bass Inc. disclaims all liability for any such perceived discrepancies.
