Scheduling & Shipping
Brendan M.Bass Inc. does not arrange, coordinate, pay for, or facilitate shipping. The customer is solely responsible for:

Selecting and contracting with a shipping carrier.

Scheduling pickup with their chosen carrier.

Providing Brendan M. Bass Inc. with written notice of the scheduled pickup at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
Pickups must occur Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM CST and 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Failure to provide proper notice may result in delayed release of goods and/or the assessment of additional storage fees, at the discretion of Brendan M. Bass Inc.
Shipping Quotes
The customer is responsible for obtaining shipping quotes directly from their chosen carrier. Upon request, Brendan M. Bass Inc. may provide a list of third-party shipping carriers and relevant information to assist in obtaining a quote, including:

Location of the item at time of purchase (note: location may change but will remain within the same ZIP code as the showroom),
-
Approximate dimensions and weight,
-
Declared value and material composition,
-
Suggested labor requirements.
Brendan M. Bass Inc. makes no guarantees as to the accuracy of any third-party quote or the performance of any suggested carrier.
Shipping Costs
The customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping-related expenses, including but not limited to:

Labor,
-
Packing and crating,
-
Materials and protective wrapping,
-
Transportation and delivery fees.
All payments related to shipping must be made directly to the customer’s selected carrier. Brendan M. Bass Inc. assumes no responsibility for coordinating or paying shipping carriers on behalf of the customer.
Customer Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up merchandise directly from our showroom using a commercial or non-commercial vehicle, provided that:

Pickup occurs Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM CST and 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays.

A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ advance written notice is provided to Brendan M. Bass Inc.
Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to decline release of goods if proper notice is not provided or pickup is attempted outside of designated hours.
Pickup Requirements
The following conditions must be satisfied prior to the release of merchandise:

All storage fees and outstanding balances must be paid in full.

The customer or their authorized representative must provide:

Adequate labor and equipment to safely move the merchandise.

Appropriate transportation to accommodate the item(s).
-
Timely and complete pickup details in accordance with the notice requirements above.

Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to refuse release of merchandise if any of these conditions are not met.
Storage Policy
Brendan M. Bass Inc. provides complimentary storage for ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. Beginning on the 11th business day, a storage fee of $10.00 per business day, per item will be charged.
All accrued storage fees must be paid in full before merchandise will be released. Failure to arrange for timely pickup may result in further charges or cancellation of the order at the discretion of Brendan M. Bass Inc.
Title, Risk of Loss & Damage Claims
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon release of goods to the carrier, regardless of whether the carrier was recommended by Brendan M. Bass Inc.
Any claims for shortage or damage occurring prior to release to the carrier must:

Be made in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery,

Include a copy of the original transportation bill signed by the carrier, clearly noting the condition of the goods at the time of receipt.
Brendan M. Bass Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay that occurs after merchandise has been transferred to the carrier.
