Key Points – Please Read First

Brendan M. Bass Inc. does not arrange shipping. Customers are responsible for:

Hiring a carrier,

Scheduling pickup,
-
Providing at least forty-eight (48) hours’ written notice.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM CST (excluding holidays).

Storage: Complimentary for ten (10) business days after purchase. Thereafter, $10.00/day per item will be charged.

All outstanding balances and storage fees must be paid in full prior to pickup.

Custom and made-to-order merchandise is non-cancellable after ten (10) business days from order confirmation and is non-returnable.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier.

Limited one-year warranty applies to manufacturing defects only; it does not cover normal wear, misuse, or natural material variations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within ten (10) business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the date full payment has cleared.
Scheduling Shipping
Brendan M. Bass Inc. does not arrange, facilitate, or pay for shipping. Customers are solely responsible for:

Selecting and contracting with their own carrier,

Scheduling pickup directly with the carrier,
-
Notifying Brendan M. Bass Inc. in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled pickup.
Pickups must occur during standard pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in delayed release or additional storage charges.
Shipping Quotes
Customers are responsible for obtaining all shipping quotes directly from their selected carrier. Upon request, Brendan M. Bass Inc. may provide:

A list of trusted third-party carriers,
-
Item location (remains within the same ZIP code as the showroom),
-
Approximate dimensions, weight, material composition, and declared value,
-
Suggested labor requirements.
All information is provided for convenience only; Brendan M. Bass Inc. assumes no responsibility for third-party estimates or services.
Shipping Costs
All shipping-related costs are the customer’s sole responsibility, including but not limited to:

Labor,
-
Packing, crating, or protective materials,
-
Transportation and delivery fees,
-
Insurance, fuel surcharges, or accessorial charges.
Brendan M. Bass Inc. does not pay for, reimburse, or arrange shipping services. All payments must be made directly to the customer’s selected carrier.
Customer Pickup
Customers may elect to pick up merchandise from the showroom using a suitable vehicle, provided that:

Pickup occurs Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM CST (excluding holidays),
-
At least forty-eight (48) hours’ advance written notice is provided to Brendan M. Bass Inc.
Pickup Requirements
Prior to the release of any merchandise, the following conditions must be met:

All outstanding balances and storage fees must be paid in full,
-
Adequate labor, equipment, and transportation must be arranged by the customer,
-
Complete and timely pickup details must be submitted as required.
Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to refuse release of goods if these conditions are not met.
Storage Policy

Complimentary storage is provided for the first ten (10) business days from the date of purchase.
-
Beginning on the eleventh (11th) business day, storage fees will accrue at $10.00 per business day, per item.
-
All storage fees must be paid in full before merchandise will be released.
Cancellation Policy
Custom & Made-to-Order Merchandise
-
Non-cancellable after ten (10) business days from order confirmation.
-
Non-returnable once production begins.
-
Any changes, cancellations, or returns require prior written approval by Brendan M. Bass Inc. and are not guaranteed.
-
Cut, treated, or processed textiles are non-returnable.
-
Lighting products are non-returnable if installed, altered, or damaged.
-
Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the net selling price.
All Other Merchandise

May be subject to a restocking fee as determined by Brendan M. Bass Inc.
Title, Risk of Loss & Damage Claims
Once goods are transferred to the customer’s designated carrier, title and risk of loss immediately transfer to the customer.

Brendan M. Bass Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage occurring in transit.

Claims for loss or damage prior to carrier receipt must:

Be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours, and
-
Include the original bill of lading signed by the carrier, noting the item’s condition at the time of pickup.

Warranty & Disclaimer
Brendan M. Bass Inc. warrants that all goods are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This limited warranty excludes:

Misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or animal-related damage,
-
Exposure to dramatic temperature changes, sunlight, or other natural elements,
-
Natural variations in wood, stone, metal, textiles, or leather (including grain, veining, color, or texture),
-
Fading, staining, or soiling of fabrics, leather, or rugs,
-
Normal wear and tear over time.
Defective products may be eligible for replacement within the production timeframe required by the manufacturer. While reasonable efforts will be made to match finishes, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
