Promotions, Discounts, and Pricing Policy
All discounts, promotions, and special pricing (“Offers”) are valid only for the specific duration and conditions explicitly stated. Brendan M. Bass Inc. expressly reserves the right to refuse, modify, or terminate any Offer at any time and shall not be liable for honoring Offers beyond their stated validity period. Payment in full must be received prior to the expiration of any Offer in order to qualify for discounted pricing.
Offers may differ between online and physical showroom locations. Prices of items listed online, on the showroom floor, or offered as special orders are subject to change without prior notice. Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to adjust or revoke pricing at any time, including during the term of a promotion.
Designers: If you do not wish for Offers to be disclosed or shared with your clients, you must provide written notice to Brendan M. Bass Inc. prior to the relevant Offer period. All quoted totals during an Offer are estimates only and are subject to adjustment if pricing changes.
Exclusive promotions and discounts offered by Brendan M. Bass Inc. are not redeemable or honored through third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to 1stDibs and Chairish. Designer Net Pricing is available solely to registered trade accounts and may only be used in accordance with these terms.
The provision of Designer Net Pricing does not create any fiduciary duty, responsibility, or liability for Brendan M. Bass Inc. regarding client management, selections, or project execution. Designers assume full responsibility and liability for all client communications, approvals, and material selections. Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to revoke Designer Net Pricing or any Offer if it determines, in its sole discretion, that client management responsibilities are not being properly upheld by the Designer.
All Offers are non-transferable and subject to all terms herein. By accepting or using any Offer, the recipient agrees to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
