Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Processing time begins only after full payment has cleared. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Brendan M. Bass Inc. shall not be held liable for delays outside of its control, including but not limited to material availability, carrier delays, delays in customer provided information/selection(s), delays in the arrival of customer provided material(s), or force majeure events.

Cancellation Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Merchandise

All custom and made-to-order merchandise is non-cancellable and non-returnable after ten (10) business days from the date of order confirmation. Any modifications, cancellations, or returns must be requested in writing and are subject to prior written approval by Brendan M. Bass Inc., at its sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Cut, treated, or processed textiles are strictly non-returnable under any circumstance. Orders canceled within the allowable window may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the net selling price. Refunds, if issued, will be processed at the discretion of Brendan M. Bass Inc. and are not guaranteed.

All Other Merchandise

Non-custom merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee as determined by Brendan M. Bass Inc., in its sole discretion. Restocking fees, return eligibility, and refund amounts will vary by item and are not guaranteed. All returns must be pre-approved in writing.

Warranty & Disclaimer

Brendan M. Bass Inc. warrants that goods sold will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, provided the goods have been used under normal, residential conditions and in accordance with care instructions.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage due to misuse, improper care, accidents, abuse, neglect, or handling.

• Damage caused by environmental exposure, including dramatic temperature shifts, sunlight, humidity, or outdoor elements.

• Natural characteristics and variations in materials, including but not limited to:

  • Color, texture, grain, or veining variations in wood, stone, or metal.

  • Inconsistencies in dye lots for fabrics, textiles, or leather.

  • Aging, fading, stretching, patina development, or scratching of leather and other natural materials.

  • Wear and tear consistent with normal use, including surface marks and fabric soiling or staining.

Defective custom or made-to-order items that fall within the scope of this limited warranty may be replaced or repaired, subject to material and production availability, and within a time frame necessary to remake the item. While Brendan M. Bass Inc. will make every reasonable effort to match finishes, exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

No other warranties, express or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), are made except as expressly stated herein. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brendan M. Bass Inc. disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the sale, use, or misuse of any product.
